Advanced Point Cloud Filtering Algorithm for Enhanced Accuracy in Mountainous Terrain Surveying and Mapping
Abstract
Namen te študije je raziskati praktično uporabo algoritma filtriranja oblakov točk pri kartiranju gorskega terena. Da bi dosegli ta cilj, so avtorji predstavili izboljšan algoritem za filtriranje oblaka točk, posebej prilagojen za gorska območja. Ta študija najprej kritično analizira omejitve obstoječih algoritmov za filtriranje oblakov točk v gorskih območjih, ki pogosto vodijo do slabih učinkov naknadnega filtriranja sistemov oblakov točk na tleh. Metoda sistematično preučuje nezemeljske točke v oblaku točk in razvršča tip površinskega pokrova. Z uporabo znanih algoritmov za ekstrakcijo površinskega pokrova, zlasti v vegetaciji in zgradbah, predlagana metoda uspešno najde in odstrani točke, ki niso na tleh, kar ima za posledico dobro filtriranje oblaka točk. S strogo kvalitativno in kvantitativno analizo se predlagani algoritem primerja z uveljavljenim progresivno šifriranim algoritmom triangulacijskega filtriranja in rezultati kažejo pomembne izboljšave. Oblak točk pri tleh, pridobljen s kompleksnim algoritmom za filtriranje oblakov gorskih točk, ki temelji na vrsti pokrovnosti tal, se zelo ujema z izmerjenim profilom z minimalnim odstopanjem. Poleg tega je povprečna višinska razlika algoritma -0,06 m, povprečna kvadratna napaka pa 0,45 m. Za primerjavo, povprečna napaka progresivno šifriranega algoritma trikotnega filtriranja je -0,45 m, povprečna kvadratna napaka pa 0,71 m. Ta študija je zaključila, da izboljšana metoda filtriranja oblaka točk, ki temelji na vrsti površinske pokritosti, po natančnosti presega progresivno šifriran algoritem filtriranja trianguliranega omrežja. Poleg tega ta metoda v primerjavi s tradicionalnimi metodami filtriranja, usmerjenimi na točko, kaže odlično uporabnost, večjo avtomatizacijo in večjo natančnost ekstrakcije v goratem terenu. Te ugotovitve ponujajo nove rešitve za zapletene izzive filtriranja oblakov točk v kompleksnih gorskih območjih in prispevajo k napredku geodetskih metod in metod kartiranja.DOI:
